If you need to update the email ID linked to FPS because you registered with the wrong email address or no longer have access to your email ID, here are the steps you can take:
Submit a ticket via app and share the following:
a) Your initial email address that you used to register account
b) New email address that want to use
b) The reason behind your switch.
If only you are unable to your access account, write us at support [at] freshproposals.com
After completing this step, our customer support team will assist you in updating your registered email address.
Accounts created during special promotional campaigns (Tier-1 to Tier-7) are not eligible for account transfers or changes of registered email address.
