The information you enter in your profile page can be referred in proposal, contract, emails and obviously you would your clients to see the real / correct information about you.
If you are going to use your information as a part of proposal, your profile needs to have your correct details; else proposal sent to your prospects will show no information.
You can update your personal details in the profile page.
Access your profile details
Click on Edit button to start updating the details.

Enter correct details in respective fields. Remember, most of these details can be used as 'variables' or 'fields' in templates, proposal and emailer.
Note, you can not modify your registered email id. Hence you will see the email id field disabled.
Set Timezone
This decides the locale and timezone for your account.
