Dropbox Integration

How to connect and use Dropbox to save proposal PDF files as clients sign the document?

Note: Currently this integration is available to Professional / WE CAN FLY plan.

You can find the Dropbox integration option in Integrations tab in the list of menus on the left side.

Now you can automate storing PDF files to Dropbox as the proposal gets signed/accepted. Presenting Fresh Proposals integration with Dropbox.

You can connect your Dropbox account with Fresh Proposals

Enable Access Permission

While connecting your Dropbox account with Fresh Proposals, you can review the permission required for the integration to work

Select Folder and Enable Saving of PDF Files

Once connected, you can select the folder to which you wan to save PDF files of signed proposals.

As the proposal status changes to Signed or Accepted, new PDF file is automatically added under selected folder

Remember it creates a folder by name of a proposal and proposal ID.
