You can set Fresh Proposals as your own thing. Your clients will see proposals, emails from your brand. 

In another words, you can customize Fresh Proposals account to reflect your brand.

How does that work?

Custom Domain URL

Currently you can set your subdomain as mycompany.freshproposals.com. Wouldn't it be great if your clients can see proposals originating from your company url instead of freshproposals.com - it will look something like proposals.mycompany.com

Yes, you can configure this. It is easy, but you need to have access to your domain registrar (or you can ask your IT admin to take care of it). Refer this guide to know how to set up custom domain for more details.

Email From Your Domain (Email Whitelisting)

By default your clients gets email from you that displays your name but the email id will be something like proposals (at) freshproposals  (dot) com . Though this will work in most cases, it would look far amazing if your clients can see emails originating from your company domain instead of freshproposals.com - it will look something like Email From: John Doe <john@mycompany.com>

Your Company Logo

Yes, you can do this too. Instead of Fresh Proposals logo on the top left side, you can replace it with your own logo. Refer this guide for it.
