Do you know, you can have different currency for different proposals?
e.g. to send a proposal to a client based in Germany, you can set proposal currency as Euro, whereas another proposal being set to British prospect you can set proposal currency as UK Pound or proposal being sent to Australian customer, you can set proposal currency as Australian Dollar (AUD) and so on.
Here is how to set or change currency for a proposal
As you click on the proposal information icon (up arrow in the right side pane),
you will see proposal price.
You will notice a edit pen to the right of the proposal price. The price is automatically picked up from fees table added to the proposal. You can change currency by clicking on the edit pen icon.
You can see list of currencies in the dropdown. Pick up the one you would like to set up for your proposal as shown in the screenshot below.
Your account would have a default currency which can be changed. Refer account Setting page > Company Info to update your base currency.
Remember, proposals sent earlier or templates created before will still have currency selected earlier. It means changing currency at later date does not change currency of earlier proposals and templates. Under certain circumstances, you can update currencies of earlier proposals and templates.
