Advanced Proposals Dashboard 

Advanced Dashboard has multiple sections to help you monitor progress, health, status of proposals in your account. These sections are broadly categorized into


  • Live Proposals
  • Proposals Result Trend
  • Proposals Conversion
  • Proposals Conversion Trend
  • Proposal Funnel
  • Proposal Engagement
  • Proposal Engagement
  • Proposal Content
  • Returning Prospects
  • Team Performance


The numbers, charts displayed in Advanced proposal dashboard is calculated for a duration and for a given currency. You can change the duration as well as currency in the top-right corner of the page.


Notes

: For existing accounts, system will start capturing certain dataset once Fresh Proposals accounts are upgraded to the Business plan (also we have introduced some of these analytics recently, few data points were not available for previous period e.g time spent in drafting proposals was not captured before this feature is introduced). 

: Unlike Standard dashboard that uses proposal Due date for filtering and presenting proposal information, Advanced Dashboard uses 'Sent date' as the basis e.g. you will find, for a given proposal, its value is considered in the month it was sent.


Live Proposals

If you want to know how many proposals are currently sent out and waiting for clients to make decision? As most businesses are more interested in knowing what is going to happen, this section is about proposals which are in the pipeline and not yet closed/declined or expired.



You can view the number of Live proposals and their value. If your account has proposals with different currencies, you can change currency and find applicable number of live proposals and their values.


The other two cards are about the subset of LIVE proposals wherein clients have taken some action in terms of viewing proposal, partially accepting, signing, etc. But those documents are not complete yet.



Proposals Result Trend

This section shows number of proposals sent and number of proposals won during a given period of time. You can also view and compare number of proposals sent vs won per month.




The subsequent chart shows value of proposals sent and value of proposals won along with bar chart displaying comparison of value of proposals sent vs won per month.


Proposals Conversion

This section gives you proposal conversion rate for your account i.e.proposals accepted as a percentage of proposals sent. You can also track crucial conversion signals/indicators like: time spent per won proposal, closure time per won proposal, number of visits per proposal, avg value of won proposals.




Proposals Conversion Trend

If you want to monitor how proposal conversion rate has evolved over period of time, month-on-month; so is the value of won proposal per month and number of visits per month.


Proposal Funnel

Just like typical sales funnel, this chart shows number of proposals in different stages.


There are additional KPIs one can use to measure effectiveness of your sales proposal process.


Avg Proposal Cycle Length: The average time it takes to close the proposal from drafting to winning it.


Sales Proposal Velocity: The amount of revenue you are able to generate per day



Proposal Engagement

The critical sales signals you can use for conversion is how clients have interacted with your proposals. 

Are they spending enough time on your proposal, how much time are they spending per visit - you will find answers to some of these questions.



Proposal Engagement Trends


Popular viewing time of the day: 

What are the popular hours of the day when your proposals are viewed the most. You can use this data to plan sending your proposal, or scheduling a call to discuss about your proposals.


Popular viewing days of the week: 

Similarly which day of the week is the most popular one. Accordingly you can decide most optimal day for sending proposal or following up with your clients.


Proposal Content

Do you know which sections in your proposal are the most viewed by clients? Use this dashboard to understand most popular sections based on the highest number of visits, monitor unique visits to it and also track important indicators per section like

1. Exit Rate: number of exits from this section compared to number of visits to it 

2. Average Time Spent : Despite of number of visits, are clients spending their time reading a given section? You can find it out.


Returning Prospects

To track the percentage of prospects/clients returning to visit/view your proposals, you can use this dashboard.



Team Performance

How effectively is your proposal team is performing? You can monitor their performance including winning rate per resource using this dashboard.
