You can manage proposals and template listing using categories.
How to get there?
Settings > Customization > Proposal Categories
By default the system provided categories will be listed here. You can add new ones
Add Proposal Category
This is pretty straight forward.
Remember: In proposal/ template listing, these categories will show up in the dropdown only when there is a proposal/ template is associated with it.
Also, the numbers are added up in the dashboard based on the proposals which belong to specific category. So be careful when you add category to proposal/ template.

Also note, the categories created here are also available for template listing.
