Note: This feature is available for WE CAN FLY (Team) plan and number of email templates are limited as per your plan i.e. with WE CAN FLY you can add up to 5 email templates.

How do I get there?

Settings > Email Templates

There are three distinct categories of emails in Fresh Proposals and they are color coded on left side to distinguish.

1. Introduce / Initiate

2. Remind (smart follow up)

3. Thank

Reminder/ Smart Follow up

Though introduce, thank you email are explanatory. Reminder emails are bit smarter. It look for proposal status, whether client/prospect has even opened proposal or not and remind them about the proposal review.

System provided emails are used by default. You can update these email templates if you would like.

Remember: Over the period by experimenting with subject, body content, email id and considering many factors, these templates are optimized for HIGH EMAIL DELIVERABILITY.

It is important to understand how these templates are used. These specific emails will be picked up by default when you are going to send proposal emails, or prospects is reminded or when prospect accepts the proposal.

This settings allow you to modify email templates and new proposals will pick up these templates.
