Note: This feature is available in the Business plan. Kindly upgrade your current plan to Business plan to use this feature.
How to access it: Proposal/Template Editor > Sections List > Section Menu > Version History
You can check information as well as preview content of a given section version.
When you click on those three dots, you will see menu options as shown below.
If you are sure to use a given version, you can click on click on 'Use This' option.
We recommend you to preview the version to see its content before using it.
To preview the content in a given section version, click on 'Preview' option.
You will see section version information, its content page by page as shown below
The top block shows more information about the specific version of the section such as
- Section name
- Modified time
- Source document - whether proposal, template or section library and its name
- Who modified it
- Time since it was modified
