Pricing Packages / Offers

[Note] Pricing Packages feature is available in Professional / WE CAN FLY and upward plans.

Many times we need to present our products/services as a group of offers. In popular terms it is called PACKAGES like Silver Package, Gold Package, Platinum Package.

Fresh Proposals allow you to create pricing packages in your proposals/templates. Let's look at how to create pricing packages.

CREATE PRICING PACKAGE

Steps

• Open your proposal/template in editor mode
• Add fees table to one its sections/pages
• Click on the table header/footer
• You will see table properties on the right side panel
• Click on the middle tab, Total Options
• Click on the switch 'Enable Packages as shown below

Pricing package is special option available for fees table as shown below. When you enable packages, you will be able to enter package name like Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc. 

Remember there is a limit on the length of package name (i.e. number of characters) you can enter in this field.

By default the package added will have (Select) button and it is not tapped/selected. 

You can add multiple pricing packages in your proposal/template. Client will be able to select only one of them in a given proposal. The client will see the package as show below.

When a package is selected by you/client, it will appear as selected with its button text & color changed, as shown below.

Include Proposal Total in Fees Table

You can include proposal total in your fees table (since there are multiple packages and client would like to know what is the proposal total, looking at the fees table itself. To enable this option for a given fees table, click on the table header/footer.

Non-Package Fees Table

By default all fees table are going to be non-package fee table. Remember, you can have multiple packages in your proposal but you can also include non-package fees table in your proposal.

So if you have packages like A, B and C and non-package fees table as D.

Client will be able to select (either A or B or C) and D.
