Proposal Button in Email

Modified on Thu, 30 Sep 2021 at 11:20 AM

You can customize the way proposal button looks in the outgoing email.

Set Proposal Button Text

You can enter the button text to be displayed in the email preview and the actual email that goes out to your client. You can override the default text and set your own text (e.g. if you use any other language other than English, you can set it in your own language), you can set it to Contract, Agreement, Quote, etc if you want.

Set Proposal Button Text Color

You can set the color of the button text to be displayed in the email preview and the actual email that goes out to your client.

Set Proposal Button Background Color

You can set the color of the button to be displayed in the email preview and the actual email that goes out to your client.

You can also preview the changes made - how it will look like in the email.

Remember, when you change the proposal button settings in the Account Settings, it applies to the proposal initiating emails sent thereafter.

Important Note: Certain email tools (e.g. Outlook 2007, 2013, 2016, Apple Mail older versions, Thunderbird) have issues with HTML in the email. Certain email clients may not render buttons, images, HTML code properly. We recommend adding a plain link to the proposal in your email beside this button. Please refer this guide about how to copy the client-contact specific proposal link.
